It is a statue of Immaculate Mary which stands on a metal shelf attached to a wooden cross. The figure is covered by a metal gable roof. The shrine was erected in a valley at the fall of the 1970's at the place of a stone obelisk from 1918 which was dedicated to the foresters who died in World War I. The shrine is a place of prayer of those who travel down the Słupia river as well the citizens who decorate the shrine with flowers.
