The first ever cross in this town was erected thanks to the initiative of its inhabitants just after was in the 50s. Around the year 2007 it was replaced with a new one and transferred a few metres further. The cross is made of soldered double steel pipes. In the place where the arms cross there is a cast of the crucified Christ. Below it, a wooden console that probably used to hold a figure. The cross is surrounded with a fence – partly wooden (the back part), partly made of painted white boulders. Nowadays, May and June services are celebrated by the cross.
