A wooden shrine with an original figure of St. Florian – the patron of firefighters, was erected on the premises belonging to the Voluntary Fire Brigade. A small cross with a metal figurine of Jesus Christ is situated on the arch under the gable roof. On the right side of the shrine there is a granite plaque with an inscription: “IN GOD’S HONOUR FOR THE BENEFIT OF PEOPLE IN MEMORY OF FRIENDS FIREFIGHTERS FROM VFB IN TYCHNOWY WHO LEFT FOR THE ETERNAL SERVICE INHABITANTS OF TYCHNOWY VILLAGE, BRACHLEWO, DUBIEL, BROKOWO, BALDRAM. YEAR 2014”. On the left side of the shrine there is one more granite plaque with an inscription: “IN GRATITUDE FOR PROTECTION AND ASKING GOD FOR GOOD GRACE TO THE PATRON ST. FLORIAN GRATEFUL FIREFIGHTERS VFB TYCHNOWY YEAR 2014”. Plaques were made by a company GRANIPOL.
